We love life, not because we are used to living but because we are used to loving. ~Friedrich Nietzsche

Lizard Love an Abstract Reptilian AdventureLizard Love An Abstract Reptilian Adventure

I really enjoy creating abstract patterns and then finding shapes to go with them. I created this particular pattern and then found this really cool shape to overlay onto the pattern. Reptiles fascinate me. They are interesting creatures who love warmth and light. My picture today is a single image created from 3 separate images. They can be purchased as a whole or individually. The size is 16×9 or 9×16 depending on whether you are looking for horizontal or vertical. A very colorful way to brighten up any space.

  1. First of all…Beautiful work!

In my Youth I studied Nietzsche. He was a heavy read, but watching the evolution of his thought was enlightening.

My wife is named Elizabeth, and I coined a nickname for her while in my twenties. I called her Lizard Breath. To this day friends and family still use that name. She has accumulated quite a Lizard collection over the years. I’m going to share your work with her. Maybe we have a present here for some occasion, or for no occasion at all.

    Once again…Beautiful!

    • Thank you very much for your kind comments about my work. I truly appreciate hearing them. I put my heart and soul into my artwork and it is such a reward when people enjoy it. Really makes my day 🙂

What a wonderful story about your wife, it brought a smile to my face. I would love it if you shared my work with her. It brings me such joy when others are interested in what I am creating.

A little background on this image, I created it for my son. He is 9 years old and loves Iguana’s and talks about them all the time. Our nickname for him is the “little lizard”. He very special to me and I wanted to make him a unique picture that captured spirit and love 🙂 Something that was different and bright and colorful.

Thank you again and have a wonderful day
