Golden Whirlpools in Cobalt Blue

Contemporary Abstract & Mixed Media · horizontal

A horizontal abstract of swirling gold-orange ribbons and glossy blue pools on a deep cobalt ground. A dark navy branching shape crosses the middle like a star or river delta. Small spirals and eddies fill the golden areas, and rounded glassy blue bubbles cluster along the bottom and right, including one black circular opening at the right edge. The surface looks wet, polished and in motion.

Someone wants this piece for its glowing golden spirals, which look like tiny whirlpools, set against a deep cobalt ground and glassy blue pools. The blue and orange contrast is strong, the surface looks wet and polished, and a dark star-like channel gives a dense, busy picture a clear center. Pure visual attraction is reason enough. It is a rich, saturated, close-looking abstract that most blue abstracts do not match.
