Skyward Pines, Sunlit Path

Pacific Northwest Landscapes · vertical

A dirt path runs through a forest of very tall, slender pine trees. Reddish-brown trunks rise on both sides toward a bright blue sky with white clouds. Sunlight and shadow dapple the path and the green grass along its edges. The whole scene has a swirling, painterly texture, like brushwork in oil paint.

Someone wants this piece for the way it pulls the eye upward and inward at once. Tall, slender pine trunks climb to a bright blue sky while a sunlit dirt path leads back into the distance. The swirling, brush-like surface makes a realistic woodland scene feel hand-painted. Most forest prints are flat and literal. This one keeps a clear subject but gives it a lively, textured finish, and its vertical format suits tall wall spaces.
