Crimson Quartet - Mirrored Floral Pattern

Four large stylized flowers with deep red, bright blue and orange petals sit in a mirrored layout on a deep blue background. Each bloom spirals inward to a small blue swirl at its centre. The surface has a mottled, painted texture, and a small ornamental shape in yellow and gold sits where the four quadrants meet.

Someone wants this piece because it is not a soft, tasteful flower picture. It is four bold crimson-and-cyan rose forms, mirrored into a kaleidoscope, on saturated orange and framed by deep blue. The colour hits first, and the symmetry then pulls the eye to the small glowing diamond where the four quadrants meet. It suits someone with a neutral or quiet room who wants one wall that is unmistakably colourful, with a folk-art or Art Nouveau warmth. Plenty of floral art exists, but very little of it combines strict four-way mirroring, this red/orange/blue palette and a dabbed, painterly surface.
