Koi Pond Fish - Winning Moves - by Omaste Witkowski

Butterflies, Birds & Wildlife · horizontal

A large golden-orange koi swims across the frame in dark pond water, its scales and long pale fins clearly visible. Blue and green reflections swirl around it, with small air bubbles on the surface. Parts of other orange koi appear at the edges. The whole image has a soft, painterly brushstroke look.

A glowing golden koi glides through inky water ringed with cobalt and green reflections, and the painterly finish gives the scene the feel of a living oil painting.
