Ember Heart, Mirrored Swirl Heart in Amber and Olive

Contemporary Abstract & Mixed Media · horizontal

A large heart fills the center of a horizontal canvas, built from mirrored swirls and curls in red, orange, yellow-green and peach. Deep red sits in the two upper lobes, a chartreuse band crosses the middle, and a glowing orange form sits at the center. The heart's edge is a soft pale glow. Behind it, a muted olive-brown background carries fainter echoes of the same swirling pattern.

A collector wants this heart because it is not a flat, graphic Valentine symbol. It is built from mirrored paisley and flame-like swirls, and its color moves from deep crimson lobes through a chartreuse band to a glowing orange center. The heart looks lit from within against a dim olive-brown field. It suits someone who wants a warm, affectionate image that is also ornate and decorative, and who likes it for how it looks, with no spiritual or symbolic reading required.
