Ripple Carnival, Teal and Orange Swirl Abstract

Contemporary Abstract & Mixed Media · horizontal

A horizontal abstract filled with small swirling spirals and curling lines in bright teal, orange, magenta and deep blue. Warm orange and red patterns glow in the upper corners and through the center, while cooler teal fills the middle and violet and blue pool along the bottom. Three faint upright, arch-like shapes pass vertically through the swirls. The surface looks rippled and liquid, with fine pale highlights along the curls.

Someone wants this piece for its saturated teal, orange and magenta palette and its dense, rippling surface of hundreds of small spirals. The pattern is so fine that it reads as liquid, marbled and slightly iridescent. It is a purely visual pleasure with energy and playfulness. Ten other colorful abstracts would not offer this combination of fine-grained marbled curls and three faint upright forms running underneath.
