Ember Wings, Orange Phoenix with Peacock-Eye Feathers

Butterflies, Birds & Wildlife · vertical

A bright orange bird with its wings raised high stands in the center of a tall, symmetrical image. Its chest is covered in rows of small teardrop-shaped feather eyes, and a long tail points down. Behind it, cream-white swirling lines on a yellow and orange ground spiral out on both sides. A solid deep blue border frames the piece.

A bold, fire-colored bird that reads from across the room. A bright orange silhouette with tall raised wings stands against a pale yellow ground, and a chest of peacock-eye feather shapes gives it a jewel-like center. The mirrored cream swirl pattern behind it adds fine detail to an otherwise flat, graphic figure. It suits a buyer who wants a warm, celebratory, emblem-like bird rather than a realistic wildlife portrait or a generic abstract.
