Green Lens, Golden Arc

Abstract Glass Macro · horizontal

A close-up abstract image of swirling green, yellow, teal and blue bands that look like glossy, translucent glass. A round dark-rimmed opening sits left of center, with blue-violet and gold tones inside. A curved golden-brown band sweeps over it toward the upper right. Tiny bubble-like specks and fine streaks add texture across the surface.

A buyer wants this piece for its single, arresting focal point: a dark-rimmed round opening that reads like an eye or lens, with blue-violet and gold inside. It sits in a field of bright, translucent green, yellow and teal bands. Most colorful abstracts spread their energy evenly. Here the whole surface bends around one circle, and a golden-brown arc sweeps over it toward the upper right. The result is lively and saturated, and the circle gives the eye somewhere to land. It is a piece to want purely for how it looks.
