Lit From Within: Dark Dome and Yellow Blue Arches

A vividly coloured abstract with a dark dome shape at the bottom centre, framed by nested arches of yellow, blue and violet. The paint-like surface is rippled into feathery, saw-tooth edges. Bands of orange and white-cyan run down the left and right sides, and small star shapes are scattered across the blue.

A stranger stops on the glowing dome. A dark, glossy shape holds a pale, translucent bloom, and rings of yellow and blue arch around it like light spreading out. Most blue-and-yellow abstracts are flat colour fields or loose swirls. This one has a clear focal point, a saturated colour that looks lit from within, and edges rippled like feathers or saw teeth, which keep the eye moving. Someone with a blank horizontal wall and a settled room can picture it as the one strong thing on that wall.
