Totem Spirits

Contemporary Abstract & Mixed Media · horizontal

A horizontal abstract of melting, swirling color. Cool blue and green spirals sit at the center and are surrounded by an arch of red, orange and yellow ribbons. The surface looks glossy and fluid, and some of the shapes loosely suggest faces or figures without forming a clear subject.

A cool blue and green core of curling spirals glows inside a fiery frame of red, orange and yellow, so the whole piece reads as a vivid, flowing abstract with strong warm-cool contrast.
