Wolf Creek Downstream

Pacific Northwest Landscapes · vertical

A stream flows along the left side of the image, its surface rippled in blues, greys and soft browns. On the right is a bank of rounded pebbles in many colors, scattered with orange-brown pine needles. The surfaces have a smooth, painterly look.

A close view of a stream meeting a bank of colorful pebbles and pine needles, where the swirling blue water and warm earthy stones create a strong cool-and-warm contrast in a painterly finish.
