Ancient Expression of Beauty

Travel / Specialty / Projects · vertical

A vertical close-up of a weathered gray-and-tan tree trunk with a bulging middle and intricate swirling grain patterns. Patches of orange and a little green grass show at the edges. The image sits inside a dark brown border with a faint wood-grain swirl.

A sculptural, swirl-grained weathered trunk, shown in a rich brown mat, turns ordinary wood into a landscape of ridges and hollows that rewards close looking.
