Ember Beads, Orange and Red Macro Abstract

Abstract Glass Macro · horizontal

A close-up of a smooth, glossy surface glowing in orange and deep red. Two small raised drops, one amber-yellow oval and one dark red teardrop, sit on the surface, with a third partly visible at the bottom. A band of green and a pale cream strip run down the right edge, blurred and out of focus. The light is soft and warm, and the left corner falls into shadow.

A glowing orange-and-red field with two glossy beads that look like they are floating on it, and a thin band of green at the edge that makes the red feel hotter. It is one of the rare warm abstracts with a clear focal point, the amber oval and the red teardrop, so the eye has somewhere to land and then wander. It is also about colour and light with no subject to decode, which is reason enough to want it.
