Ember Heart, Glowing Red and Purple Abstract

A heart-like shape formed by overlapping deep purple and bright red planes fills the center of the image. Around it, soft blurred areas of amber, pink, pale blue and cream melt into one another. Thin glowing curved lines and a few tiny bubble-like droplets add detail near the top. The whole piece feels translucent and luminous, like light passing through colored glass.

A glowing red and purple heart that is only suggested, never drawn. It floats in translucent, melting color and reads as warm and romantic without becoming a cliché. A collector who wants a heart on the wall that feels like light and color, not a symbol or a greeting card, has a reason to choose this piece over other abstracts or heart images.
